SERVICES

CONSULTING

Farmer Jenson has 10+ years of experience on top of a Bachelors of Science from Kansas State College of Agriculture. They assist with small farm planning, homesteading, and garden development on a case-by-case basis.

COMPOSTING

SisterLand Farms is Clallam County’s only kitchen waste compost pick-up program. For $5/week, you can divert up to 5 gallons (or almost 500 lbs per year) of household compostables with almost zero effort. We’ll pick it up, mix it with partner farms’ animal waste output, then apply it to garden spaces.

EDUCATION; FIELD OR CLASSROOM

Visit our Farm School and Events pages to learn about educational programming that’s coming up. Or reach out to have someone from SisterLand lead a school program, give an online talk, or lead a farm tour and work party. Since we started in 2018, we’ve led sessions with the National Academy of Science, the Audubon Society, Port Angeles Public Schools, Port Angeles Farmers’ Market’s “Keepin it Local.” Where to next?

FLORAL DESIGN

SisterLand provides floral services for events and works closely with professional queer-owned floristry company La Vie Fleurs. In 2023 and 2024, we hope to provide florist services for one celebration “on scholarship”—or only at cost. To qualify, we ask that you reach out to describe your needs as soon as possible. Let us help you make your event special and very affordable.
